Home Based Care - Home Based Education

Creating flexible online education for family carers of loved ones with dementia.

The project "Home Based Care – Home Based Education" is a small Erasmus+ project that was conceived in Brussels, November 13th 2014, when all the partner organisations attended a contact seminar arranged by the Norwegian Centre for International Cooperation in Education.

The aim of the project was to share our experience so that we could contribute to a solution for the challenge of an ageing Europe, where more people with dementia live at home (and want to remain living at home).

The project is now concluded. See our page of dissemination events, and our publications and recognitions.
